This is the build guide. Not the theory — the architecture. If you follow it, every inbound lead across every source gets a real human-sounding response in under two minutes, gets qualified, and lands in front of a salesperson with context, 24/7, with no one watching a screen. I'll give you the five layers, the exact order they fire in, and the failure modes that quietly break most implementations.
The Core Principle: One Trigger, Zero Human Reaction Time
Every slow speed-to-lead system fails for the same reason — a human sits in the critical path. A form comes in, and a person has to *notice* it before anything happens. That person is on a roof or with a patient, so "notice" takes three hours.
The entire goal of the build is to remove the human from the *first* response and insert them only after the lead is already engaged and qualified. The machine reacts in seconds. The human closes. Design around that division of labor and everything else follows.

Layer 1: Ingest Every Source Into One Pipeline
The most common leak isn't slow response — it's leads that never enter the system at all. A roofing company might have leads arriving from a website form, Google Local Services, Facebook lead ads, a "call now" button, Angi, and a landing page, each dumping into a different inbox or spreadsheet. No unified system can be fast if half the leads never reach it.
