- → Client retention (10%) — published or verifiable retention rates over 12+ months
Are we biased?Yes — we wrote this and we're on the list. But we don't rank ourselves #1. Our scoring would put any AI-first operator with verifiable client revenue ahead of any traditional agency with AI bolt-ons. We'll happily move agencies up when they publish verifiable data.
